Is postage free?
Free Royal Mail postage is available for eligible small parcels. Check the current size, weight and contents requirements on the send-in page before packing. Contact us first about larger batches.
How do I get paid?
Accept an offer to add it to your recycling balance, then request a payout from your account. Staff approve and process each payout. Available methods and minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in your account.
Can I decline an offer?
If you decline our offer, we will contact you about the available return or disposal options. Any return arrangements or charges will be confirmed before we take further action.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account keeps your send-ins, offers, balance and payout history together.
